Miwah currently is the Managing Director of Unvorsum Consulting and the founder of Umm Insights a Customer & Employee Insights platform.
Miwah’s professional career started with roles in Investment Banking with Macquarie Bank, and Management Consulting with McKinsey & Company. In these roles she worked with C-suite Executives and Board Members at the world’s leading companies. In these roles Miwah gained broad experience across a diverse range of sectors, including FMCG, Natural Resources, Telecommunication, Finance, Health & Fitness, Real Estate, Retail and Hospitality. Subsequently, Miwah has been appointed to leadership positions with market leading corporates in the Fitness and Real Estate industries.
The first corporate leadership role Miwah undertook was Head of Strategy & Business Development at Fitness First (the world’s largest fitness chain). Miwah was a member of the Global Executive team, lead a number of strategic initiatives and was awarded the 2013 Global Excellence Award. In 2014, Miwah was retained as General Manager of Innovation Implementation by DEXUS Property Group, Australia’s largest owner and manager of office buildings. In her role with DEXUS, Miwah was charged with launching a brand new business unit, DEXUS Place. DEXUS Place was identified as one of Australia’s most innovative companies in 2016.
Miwah graduated from the University of Auckland with a BCOM honors in Economics and Finance. She is an experienced public speaker, and an active participant in the development of innovative thinking within the Australian corporate sector. Miwah was a founding author of the Ashton Media Executive Blog and was awarded the Top Blog Award in 2014. Miwah also has a successful sporting history having represented Australia and New Zealand and winning numerous National and International titles across the sports of Tae Kwon Do, Powerlifting and JiuJitsu.
